Terms & Privacy Policy

By accessing or using the website campyellow.in ("Site") or engaging with CampYellow Private Limited ("CampYellow", "we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services, including app development, ad monetization setup, and consulting.

CampYellow provides mobile application development services for Android and iOS platforms, including but not limited to: • Mobile app design (UI/UX) and development • Cross-platform app development (Flutter, React Native) • Google AdMob integration and optimization • Microsoft Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) setup and management • App Store and Play Store submission assistance • Post-launch support and maintenance • Revenue analytics and reporting The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between CampYellow and the client.

Upon receipt of full payment as per the agreed project milestones, the client receives full ownership of the source code, design assets, and project files developed specifically for their project. CampYellow retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools, or proprietary code developed independently and used as part of the project. Such components may be licensed to the client for use within their specific project. CampYellow reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments follow a milestone-based structure: • 30% advance payment at project kickoff • 40% upon design approval and development milestone • 30% upon project delivery and launch All payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in project suspension. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as required by Indian law.

CampYellow treats all client project information, business details, and app concepts as confidential. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before project discussions upon client request. Clients agree not to disclose CampYellow's proprietary processes, pricing structures, or technical methodologies to third parties without prior written consent.

CampYellow's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. CampYellow is not liable for: • Loss of revenue or profits from the client's app • Changes in ad network policies (Google AdMob, Microsoft Advertising) that affect monetization • App Store or Play Store rejection due to content policy violations by the client • Third-party service outages or changes • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Ad revenue projections provided during consultation are estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not guarantees.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

CampYellow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
